HOW TO MAKE TOMMATO THUKKU
Tomato 1kg
SeasamOil 250ml
Dry chilli 10nos
Mustard 1tsp
Fenugreek 1/2tsp
Bengalgrem 4tsp
Corianderseeds 4tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Tamarind 50g
Asafoetida 2tsp
How to preparation
1,First wash the tomatoes well and keep them clean
The head of the tomato must be left.
Cut it into large pieces and keep it.
Soak the tamarind in boiling water the size of a lemon.
2,Once the tamarind is soaked well.
Add the required amount of salt and grind the tamarind to a fine paste in a mixer.
3,Place the pan in the oven and fry the spices on medium flame.
Then fry the coriander seeds.
Then fry the chillies.
Fry a spoonful of fenugreek seeds and roast the asafoetida powder.
4,Put the pan in the oven and pour the reserved sesame oil after it dries well.
After it dries well.
First switch off the oven and add mustard.
5,Once the mustard seeds are fried well.
Add asafoetida powder and chili powder and immediately add the ground tomato sauce to it.
6,Turn on the stove and let it boil until the water in the tomato separates from the oil and do not add water for any reason.
7,Drain the tomatoes well and after boiling the oil.
Add the ground spices and keep stirring well. Add a spoonful of sugar.
8,Now you have to check if all the salt .
Spicy and sour are fine and add whatever is not sticking and keep stirring well.
9,After cooking well the tomato sauce.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool well and store it in a glass bottle
